I started a challenge to see everyones talented percussion skills. Basically I created a instrumental piece without the drums. This is where you come in. You are going to make a sick ass beat to the song. Rather it's a DnB, Hip-Hop, Beatboxing, Jungle, House, Some ethnic shit. It doesn't matter. You just have to make it diverse and not so repetitive that it can give a fuckin' hippo a stroke.

And Start making your beat. (Read the rules of course, silly)

The last day to submit your stuff will be: August 1st

Rules:
1. Must be your mixed/sliced percussion loop/sample what ever. You can't just take a crappy preset loop and slap it on the track. At least edit the sound of it and slice it up a bit.
2. Try your best not to be repetitive. I just did all the musical stuff for you. So you can take the time to make a sick beat.
3. Submit the final product to the Newgrounds Audio Portal, and give me and the challenge some credit.
4. If you wanna scratch or chop some of the song up just to add to the flavor, go ahead. Just nothing too drastic. Because this is about the beat not mixing.
5. Submit your piece by posting the link to your song on the Audio Forums in the topic "FoD's Drum Challenge"
6. Eat a baby.

I have no clue what the award is yet. I doubt I can probably even send awards out. For I am poor and am really lazy.

My story:

I mostly submit audio to newgrounds, but i want to start getting into flash. Ive been making music for about two years now, just fooling around and what not.

Ive been interested in music ever sence I was a little boy. Allways tapping my hands on the dinner table or whistling some random tune. When i was in 4th grade, In a private catholic school, I was in music class and choir. I wasn't much of a singer, but I loved playing the dumb little flute recorder thing they gave us to play. I loved playing an instroment so much I got into some pretty strange things. My dad gave me his old harmonica and I started playing Silent Night, Marry had a little lamb, and a couple songs I made up for fun.

After elementary school is when I first descoverd Newgrounds and downloaded a demo of Fruity Loops! I was a horrible musician ofcourse, I was 13 and made this dumb ass Newgrounds name what do you expect. 8th grade is when I tried to brag with my non-existent skills. Haha I was really full of myself, but everyone gets full of themselves when they first start out. Right!?

I hope i sitck to music forever and make a living out of it! :)
